Energetic mapping
Your healing journey begins with the energetic mapping stage. For the first part of the session, we will work together to explore your current energetic map. An energetic map is the blueprint of your current state.
This will include looking into what brought you to start this journey with me today which can include traumas, major life-changing events, or the start of an awakening journey; and we will explore previous diagnoses and stories that you have been carrying on a mental, emotional and physical level.
A mapping can include looking into your current environment, your history, your upbringing, your ancestry line, and even your past lives, soul family connections, and Human design type.
We will look at what energies you might have taken on you that no longer serve, what toxic cords or relationships can be dismissed, and we will create a plan together on what and how you would like to feel and experience moving forward.
This part can also include a card reading upon need or request.
Energy removal
In the second part of the session, we will focus on the actual removal of any energies and patterns we have identified in the mapping.
This can include any pains on a physical level, any stuck or unwanted emotions, and any mental beliefs that are blocking you from your soul’s thriving nature.
Here I will be using energy healing techniques such as cord-cutting, full chakra alignment and balancing, soul retrievals, psychic surgeries, destiny re-alignment, and alchemizing traumas into lessons and gifts.
I use hypnotherapy and guided meditation techniques of relaxation, sound healing, and pure and simple energy work. In this part, I encourage your full involvement in your healing process.
This means you will be deciding and also deciphering which energies you have been holding in your field that you are willing to let go of.
After removal, you have now created space for yourself to receive, and add in, all that you have been wanting and yearning for. This we will do in the final stage of the session.
Conscious illumination
In this final stage, I will be assisting you in bringing in beneficial energy for your recovery and evolution of consciousness.
This can also include connection to the inner child, higher self, and guides; finding your inner voice and intuition, and aligning your entire energy body with healing light.
I call this part conscious illumination because, unlike traditional energy healing, I will be asking and calling YOU to decide which energy you would like to bring back into your core.
You are always in charge and control.
We are all sovereign beings of light, and here you take on the full responsibility for your recovery and enlightenment, with my loving support.
I have seen in my years of practice that this is the sure way to guarantee you feel good and stay good, and didn’t just replace one band-aid method with another, but have been able to sustain and establish a breakthrough in your healing journey.
